Your order will be delivered to cargo within 48 hours. Delays can be experienced as the delivery of the product to the cargo depends on the stocks and operational process. Delivery is not available on Saturdays and Sundays.
After your product is delivered to UPS Cargo, the delivery time varies according to the distance and delivery is not made on Saturdays. You can find more detailed information about when your order will arrive on my orders page.
Return
You can send and return your order to us with UPS Cargo within 14 (fourteen) days from the date you receive it. Returns of products that have been used, unpacked or lost their originality due to similar reasons are not accepted. Products; The packaging must be returned in full, undamaged, and the product package as received and with the delivery note without any damage to the packaging.
For product return; Your e-archive invoice sent to your e-mail address must be printed out or the invoice sent with the product, and the cargo tracking number in the order detail must be written on it, the product must be delivered unused and complete with all accessories.
The products you purchase from www.newbalance.com.tr cannot be returned to our New Balance stores and no refund is possible from our stores. Returns are handled by our online sales unit. Shipping fee is not refunded for product returns.
The incoming product is primarily NBI GİYİM A.Ş. It is examined by. NBI Clothing Inc. If it detects any damage, tearing or use in the product or its packaging, it will not return the product and will not refund the price. When the return is approved, the product fee will be refunded to your credit card within the legal period of 10 business days. This period starts when NBI GİYİM A.Ş receives your returned product.
